No Water Services
Please be advised that Pacific West Mechanical Ltd. will be onsite to replace the booster PRV #2 isolation valves and the leaking hot water pipe in the parkade between 128 Prior St and 138 Prior St. To complete the permanent repairs, there will be a water shutdown to the entire building on Monday, February 14, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please note there is a potential of discoloured water and debris in the lines when the building is recharged which can cause the fixtures to plug up. Typically, this can be resolved by running the water at each fixture for 10- 20 minutes and by possibly cleaning the aerators on the fixture. Please also note to ensure all fixtures are in the off position in the suite to prevent any flooding when the water restored.
