VAGRANCY - 6:21pm - Main Door up - male VAGRANT wearing black hoodie jacket, brown pants, black shoes entered the area and peek on the front main door in just a seconds afterwards stayed outside the building
6:26pm - dispatched guard
6:26pm - Main Door up - male suspect left the area then walked away from the site at the lower left side of the screen out of camera view
Note: while having conversation with the guard the suspect left the site by his own (CANCELLED DISPATCH)
