Please be advised that Pacific West Mechanical will be on site to replace the supply line and wax seal for the toilet and laundry. In order to complete the work, unit access is required on the following schedule:

Please clear out all items around the toilet and laundry area before your scheduled date. If you will not be available to provide access, please leave a key with a trusted neighbour or with the Building Manager (604-312-5162).
To help protect you and others, we recommend residents to wear a mask while the technician is in your suite. Please do not approach the technicians and keep a safe distance while they are working.
NOTE: If you did not sign up for the group rate install as per the memo issued October 21, 2021, you will not be able to take part in this service.
