BREAK IN/VAGRANCY 7:48 pm-Main Door Up - male VAGRANT wearing green , red pants , black shoes entered the area and tried to open the door after failed attempts  he stayed outside the main door of the building  

7:53pm- Dispatched guard

7:54pm- Main Door Up- male tenant came out from the building while the male suspect propped open the door and went inside the building then walked towards Mail room

7:54pm- called 911 with file number VA24-15003

7:55pm- Mailroom-male suspect took some piece of paper from the mail then walked towards the left side of the screen then touched the screen of the locker

8:02pm- Mailroom- male suspect left the area and came out from the building at Main Door Up

8:03pm- Main Door Up- two male police officer entered the area and approached the suspect afterwards one of the police officer conduct a body search on the suspect moment later the male police officer HANDCUFFED the suspects then remained stayed in the area  

8:06pm-Main Door Up- another two police office entered the area and stayed together with the male suspect and other two police officer

8:09pm- Main Door Up -  police officers and male suspect went inside the building and  walked towards Mailroom then male suspect  put it back the piece of paper on the locker that he took a while ago 

8:10pm- Mailroom- four police officers and male suspect  came out from the building and  remained stayed in the area at Main Door Up

8:11pm- Main Door Up - male guard  entered the area from the left side of the screen  and approached the police officers

8:13pm- Main Door Up- one of the police officer remove the handcuff of the suspect afterwards male suspect left the area and walked away from the site on the upper middle part of the screen while four police officer left  the area and walked out of camera view at the left side of the screen at the same time

8:14pm-received called from the guard and as per him the police remove the handcuff and give the suspect a warning

8:15pm- Main Door Up- male guard went inside the building and patrolled towards Mailroom afterwards male guard come out from the building and left the site at the left side of the screen
