1938hrs - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing gray hooded jacket, black pants, black shoes, with black bag bag-pack and pushcart entered the area and climb the gate at the upper right side of the screen of the building - called guard
1939hrs - Back Gate Face South - black pick-up entered the area and stopped outside the gate at East Gate afterwards the suspect went down the gate and walked towards the other side of the building then stayed afterwards left the area and walked away from the site
note - about to call 911 but the suspect already left the area
