2:26am - Main Door Up - male VAGRANT wearing ski mask, black hooded jacket, jeans, black shoes with black blanket entered the area and stayed outside the building blocking the lobby door
2:35am - Main Door Up - male vagrant left the front lobby and stayed at the wheelchair ramp afterwards trying to pick something at the bushes (called guard) - while talking to guard the male suspect walked away from the site at 2:39am (told guard to inform)
Note: while talking to the guard the suspect already left
