1809hrs - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing blue jacket, black pants, black shoes with hand bag and female VAGRANT wearing black hooded jacket, blue pants, white shoes with handbag entered the area and stayed outside in front of the gate at parkade afterwards left the area and walked away from the site at 1825hrs
note: while calling VPD the suspects already left on their own foot
