8:48pm – East Gate Outside- male wearing black hooded jacket, grey inner tanktop, black pants, white shoes with black shoulder bag entered the area and stayed outside the gate then used drugs in the area – called VPD with the file number VA 22-141093
10:21pm – East Gate Outside – police car entered the area outside the gate and parked – two male police officer came out from the car and approach the suspect afterwards male suspect left the area then walked away from the site at East Gate at 10:25pm
10:26pm – East Gate Outside – two male police officer went inside the police car then drove away from the site - Richel
