4:39pm - Main Gate Outside - male VAGRANT wearing a yellow jacket, blue pants and black shoes with white garbage bag followed the black SUV to entered the parkade and walked through at Side Garbage door and tried to open the door of the garbage room but did not succeed thay why he just stayed and waited for the grey car to exits the parkade at Main Gate Outside then he followed then walked away from the site at 4:42pm - Guard dispatched and cancelled.
