4:56pm – camera10 – male wearing black t-shirt, blue jeans, black pants with white plastic bag entered the site at the right side of the screen and climbed over the staircase into the area outside the door of the building and he stayed in the area (changed his pants in the area) – called 911 with the file number VA22-86719
5:03pm – camera10 – male suspect left the blue jeans in the area afterwards left the area then went inside the building – called Phil
5:06pm – camera1 – male suspect came out from the building then walked away from the site at the left side of the screen – called Phil afterwards called 911
