2:07am - camera1 - male wearing grey hooded jacket, pants and white shoes with entered the area outside the door of the building and climbed over the rail then moved out of camera view at the garden - Dispatched Guard
2:22am - camera1 - mobile guard entered the area patrolled outside the door of the building afterwards climbed over the rail where suspect was last seen - Guard reported "He might get out at the other side of the garden because no one is here" and he checked the door of the building at the area and he said clear
2:25am - camera1 - mobile guard left the area the then walked away from the site - Eugene
