The Strata Council invites all Residents to a Town Hall Meeting OCTOBER 7 to provide an update on the approved projects that will be taken out of the Contingency Reserve Fund (CRF), including the EV Charging Infrastructure Upgrade. The Strata Council has started the budget review for 2023 and is looking for input on the general budget and the CRF planning. A short PowerPoint will be presented regarding the expenditures to highlight major expenses, and will also look for feedback on the following topics:
Security
Landscaping
Waste Management
Social Room
Fitness Room
Wallpaper and carpet upgrades
Bike Room
Social committee
Block Watch program
Better communication for residents and council
