VAGRANCY - 8:38 am - East Gate Outside - male VAGRANT wearing black hooded jacket, gray pants, black shoes with blue backpack entered the area then stayed outside the parkade gate
8:43 am - back gate face south - male suspect left the area and walked away from the site at upper middle part of the screen
Note: about to call guard but the suspect already left by himself
