0555 hrs - Quebec St - male look like a SUSPICIOUS wearing light colored hooded jacket, light colored pants and light colored shoes entered the site and went upstair and walked out of camera view at the upper right side of the screen afterwards left the area then exits the site moments later the SUSPECT came back and went upstair afterwards walked out of camera view at the lower middle part of the screen 0559 hrs (last seen) 0605 hrs - called guard with callback number 604-657-2331 0623 hrs - received a call from guard - he is onsite and hasn't located the suspect - the operator directed him to the exact location where the suspect was last seen. 0627 hrs - Back Gate Face North - white car (guard's vehicle) entered the site and drove through at Back Gate Face South, Main Gate Outside, Main Door Up and parked - male guard came out and walked towards at Quebec St and checked the area afterwards close the gate and went back inside his car. 0635hrs - Main Gate Outside - black police vehicle entered the site and parked outside the building - two police officer came out with a flashlight and patrolled the area at Main Door Up, Quebec St afterwards left the area then walked out of camera view 0637 hrs - East Gate Outside - another police vehicle entered the site and parked - male police officer came out and patrolled the area at Back Gate Face North and walked out of camera vie at the upper middle part of the screen 0637hrs - called guard to notify that police are on site now. VPD are posted on the corners with the Constable in charge by the lobby. VPD reported that the suspect entered near unit 930 at Quebec St and then climbed into the area at unit 112 and broke in and managed to steal their fobs and car keys.
He was last seen near the north side fire exit. Security went to P1, P2 with the Contable to to check on the residents are (Red Hyundai accent)
The security and VPD continued to check the rest of the building while the Central Station pulled the video footage for them and a request was made to disable the missing fobs.
Security was posted in lobby until 0821 hours,
Lucas, the building manager arrived onsite and asked security to patrol the site again. Lucus & security went to P1&P2 rechecked all the stairwells, bike rooms and storage rooms. Everything was safe and secure. At 0852 security cleared from the site. NOTE:* Emmanuel Palomaria (Police constable #3272)
