VAGRANCY - 0128hrs - Main Door UP - female VAGRANT wearing gray winter jacket, black pants and white shoes entered the area then stayed and sat down at the wheelchair ramp outside the Main Lobby of the building
0132hrs - called guard with call back number : 604-657-2331
0143 Hrs - Main Door UP - white car (guard's vehicle) entered the area and stopped outside the building - male guard came out and approached the suspect to leave the area
0145hrs - Main Door UP - male suspect stood up afterwards left the area then walked away from the site out of camera view
0147hrs - Main Door UP - male guard went back inside the white car afterwards left the area then drove away from the site at 0148 hrs
