11:10pm - Main Door UP - male VAGRANT wearing red cap, black jacket, black pants, black/white shoes with blue echo bag entered the area and stayed then sat down outside of the building at wheelchair ramp
11:22pm - dispatched guard
11:43pm - Main Door UP - white car (guard's vehicle) entered the area and parked outside of the building - male guard came out and approached the male suspect afterwards male suspect stood up and took his things and left the area then walked away from the site at upper left part of the screen while male guard waiting for the suspect to fully left the site then went inside the white car afterwards left the area then drove away from the site 11:48pm
