cap,blue jacket, navy green pants, and combat boots entered the area outside the building then stayed and sat down in front of the gate

4:22pm - back gate face south - police vehicle entered the area and parked in front of the suspect - police officer from inside the car approached the suspect to leave the area 4:26pm - back gate face south - male suspect left the area then walked away from the site at the upper middle of the screen out of camera view while the police vehicle stayed in the area
4:28pm - back gate face south - police vehicle left the area then drove away from the site at the upper middle of the screen out of camera view
