3:12 am-Back Gate face south- female VAGRANT wearing black hooded jacket, black pants, with black bag while male VAGRANT wearing black jacket, black pants, black shoes entered the area female suspect sat down outside the gate of the parkade then stayed while male suspect moved out of camera view on the lower right side of the screen - called VPD with file number VA23-99359 4:34 am- back gate face south - two police vehicle entered the area police vehicle 1 parked on the left side of the screen while police vehicle 2 parked behind police vehicle 1 - two male officers came out from the police vehicle 1 and approached the male and female suspects to leave the site
4:35 am -back gate face south - male and female suspect stood up and left the area then walked away from the site at back gate face north -while male officer from the police vehicle 2 came out and they had conversation to the other police officers afterwards three male officers went inside the police vehicle 1 then left the area and drove away from the site at back gate face north while police vehicle 2 moved on the other side of the building afterwards left the area and drove away from the site
