1340hrs - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing grey shirt, black short and black shoes while female VAGRANT wearing grey shirt,black pants and black shoes with black backpack entered the area then stayed behind the small gate going to Courtyard looked like they are using a drugs - Called Caretaker

1505hrs - Back Gate Face South - the female suspect stood up and took her black bag-pack and stayed outside the other gate of the building at upper right side of the screen while male suspect walked out of camera view at Back Gate Face North at upper right side of the screen at 1507hrs
1508hrs - Back Gate Face North - the male suspect entered the area and walked towards at Back Gate Face South and took something on the ground in front of the gate outside the building at East Gate then stayed
1510hrs - Back Gate Face South - the male and female suspects left the area and walked away from the site at upper right side of the screen
