3:39pm - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing yellow cap, red shirt, blue jeans, black shoes entered the area outside the gate and started to lit a fire - called Fire department
3:40pm - Back Gate Face South - male SUSPECT left the area then walked away from the site at upper left side of the screen at Back Gate Face North 3:54pm - Back Gate Face North - male entered the area at the upper left side of the screen and walked towards where the vagrant set a fire and put some water on it afterwards left the area then walked away from the site at the upper right side of the screen out of camera at Back Gate Face South Note: while having a conversation with the fire department there was a person who delt with the fire and also the file number has been cancelled
