0130hrs-East Gate Outside-male VAGRANT wearing black cap, blue jacket with inner black shirt,black pants, white shoes with black string bag and some stick entered the area and sat down then poked something on the lower part gate
0132hrs- East Gate Outside-male suspect stood up and moved at back gate face south afterwards walked out of camera view at East Gate Outside on the lower right side of the screen-called VPD with file number VA-23- 78882
0153hrs- VPD answered the call
0158hrs -East Gate Outside- male suspect came out from the lower right side of the screen out of camera view then left the area and walked away from the site at the upper left side of the screen
0159hrs- CANCELLED dispatch with the operator while having conversation with her
