1:44am East Gate Outside - two male VAGRANT entered the area outside the building then stayed in front of the parkade - male 1 was wearing white headband , yellow and blue jacket with black shirt inside, camouflage pants, and black shoes while male 2 was wearing black hooded jacket, black pants, and grey shoes with push cart full of junk - called Guard with call back number 604-xxx-4805
2:03am Back gate face south - two male suspects left the area then walked away from the site at upper left side of the screen - called guard to update (cancel dispatch)
