0924hrs - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing black hooded jacket, black pants and black shoes with bags entered the area outside the building in front of the backgate - called Phil - called VPD

0940hrs - Back Gate Face South - suspect left the area then walked away from the site by himself - called VPD to update
