4:13 am - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing white turban, blue jacket, black pants and black shoes with black garbage bags entered the area then stayed outside the gate of the parkade - called guard with call back number: 236 - 5585 - 717
4:30 am - Back Gate Face South - Silver car (guard's vehicle ) entered the area and parked from out of camera view at the upper right side of the screen - male guard came out and walked through at East Gate Outside and approached the VAGRANT in the area
4:34 am - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT left the area together with the guard escorting the him to leave but the VAGRANT Stays in the middle of the road afterwards male guard went inside his vehicle from out of camera view then drove away from the site at Back Gate Face North at 0442 hrs
04:43 am - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT left the area then walked away from the site at the upper middle left side of the screen
