Retroactive Strata Fees & Special Levy Withdrawal
Please be advised that on May 1, 2021, if you are set up on Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) the retroactive strata fees, special levy, and May strata fees as per the approved 2021/2022 budget, will be withdrawn from your account automatically.
From June to October, 2021, your respective strata fees and special levy installments will be withdrawn from your account automatically.
Attached to this notice is the approved 2021/2022 strata fee schedule and special levy schedule. The withdrawal will be made without the requirement to provide written authorization to the accounting department. Owners do not need to contact Rancho for written authorization unless you wish to pay by cheque.
Per bylaw 1(4), all Owners must pay their strata fees by pre-authorized debit (PAD) except those managed by professional management companies. If you are not signed up for PAD, a form is attached to get signed up.
