At the AGM this past spring owners’ supported a project to upgrade the wiring in the parkade to support EV charging including providing one 220 V outlet per suite. This project utilized an $80,000 Provincial grant.
Since that time a new Federal rebate program has been announced to support the purchase of EV charging stations. The Strata Council is exploring ways to stack these grant programs on top of each other to potentially reduce costs for owners to purchase a charging station.
