Parkade Security Stop and wait for the gate to close.
Dear Owners/Residents,
Please be reminded when entering or exiting the parkade to always stop and wait for the parkade gate at the yellow marked line as per the photos below. Failure to do so may result in security breaches and bylaw fines.
Ensuring the safety and security of the building requires the effort of all Residents. We draw your attention to the following bylaws:
Use of Property
3 (5) All vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles must stop and wait for the parkade gate to close upon exit and entry in accordance with section 38(15)
