PARKADE BREAK IN
We regret to inform you that there was a break into the parkade early this morning, November 30, 2021.
A police report will be filed with the VPD with all the relevant information including security footage.
Residents are advised to check their vehicles, bike racks and storage units for any damages and file individual police reports. Please also advise the Strata Agent so that we have a record of the incident.
For future security:
STOP and wait for the parkade gate to close.
DO NOT let any strangers into the building.
WAIT for all perimeter doors to close behind you.
Please immediately inform the Strata Agent of any lost or stolen fobs so they can be deactivated immediately.
All thefts and or/suspicious activated should be reported to Rancho management and all thefts to the Police directly.
