Dear Owners, Please be advised the following deductible has increased as per the 2021/2022 insurance renewal policy effective October 11, 2021: Earthquake: 15% (previously 10%)
There are no changes to the following:
All Risks: $25,000 Sewer Back-up: $100,000 Water Damage: $100,000 Flood: $100,000 Lock & Key: $2,500
Please contact your home insurance provider to verify you have adequate insurance coverage for your unit.
