Video Conference via Zoom You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Strata Corporation BCS2563, “Creekside”, which will be held on March 30, 2021 at 6: 30 p.m. (Note: If there is no quorum at 6:30 p.m., the meeting will adjourn and proceed at 7:00 p.m. per Strata’s bylaws, section 28(2) via Video Conference (Zoom). Details of the business to be conducted at the meeting are given in the attached notice of the meeting.

Attendees: All Owners must register prior to joining the AGM. Please complete registration by 12:00 p.m. on March 30, 2021 to be able to join the meeting. (If you do not have access to a computer/tablet/Ipad/smartphone, please contact Jeremy Lim at jlm@ranchogroup.com for instructions).
Please be advised that registration will close at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please ensure to complete your registration to be able to join the meeting. If you are unable to join the meeting, the enclosed proxy form can be filled out and submitted for an alternate representative to attend and vote on your behalf, or your proxy can be assigned to one of the Strata Council members. (Note: Owners and Rental Property Manager with multiple units are asked to send their proxies to jlim@ranchogroup.com by 12:00 p.m. on March 30, 2021 in order to be included in the tabulation.)
