Please be advised that Kellyboy will be on site to paint the trims, baseboards and common area doors (not unit doors) on the 22nd floor on:

8:00 A.M – 4:00 P.M
Please note that Residents should be mindful of wet paint in the common areas on the 22nd floor.
Kellyboy and the Strata Corporation are not responsible for any damage to items not removed from the designated painting areas.
