11:38pm - Back Gate Face South - male VAGRANT wearing grey jacket, yellow shirt, blue pants ,black shoes entered the area and stayed then smoked-called VPD with file number VA-23-45517
11:50pm - Back Gate Face South- male SUSPECT moved and blocked the gate at East Gate - Mel
12:06 am - Back Gate Face South - police vehicle entered the area and stopped near at East Gate - police officers talked to the suspect 12:07 am - Back Gate Face South - police vehicle left the area then drove away from the site at upper left side of the screen afterwards the male suspect left the area then walked away from the site at the upper right side of the screen
