Parkade Pressure Wash
Dear Owners/Residents,
Please be advised that Kelly-Boy Building Maintenance Inc. will be on site to conduct a parkade pressure washing of P1 only due to the recent incident of a vehicle combusting on the following date: Monday, April 26, 2021 for stalls #1 – 99 From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Residents are required to vacate stalls before 8:00 a.m. Please remove vehicles accordingly. Please be reminded that stalls not vacated will not be cleaned.
Please note that a FULL parkade clean will be scheduled in the month July 2021, where all vehicles will need to be temporarily removed. A detailed notice will be posted before the work is scheduled.
Kelly-Boy, the Strata, and Rancho Management is not responsible for damage to items or vehicles left in the parkade during this service.
